The personal data processed by Tourmanagement.com in its capacity as data controller will be stored for as long as necessary for the realization of the purposes for which the data are collected and in order to, among other things, comply with legal and accounting requirements.
The data processed for the purpose of direct marketing via social media or obtained through the website (contact form, schedule-a-call and chatbox) will be stored by Tourmanagement.com for a maximum period of 2 years. The social media platforms have their own data storage period, so users are responsible for managing these directly. The data processed for the purpose of direct marketing via the newsletter will be kept for 1 year. After termination of the Agreement, the data processed for the purpose of customer and supplier management will be stored for a maximum period of 10 years. After these periods, Tourmanagement.com will irrevocably delete the data.
As a data subject, you have the right at all times to check the personal data processed by Tourmanagement.com in its capacity as data controller and you have the right to correct them (or have them corrected) if they are incorrect or incomplete, have the data transferred, have their processing limited or have them removed (in certain circumstances).
